GoodMuscle HQ is my dream coming to fruition. I've wanted to have an exclusive private facility, where I can train my clients & have a awesome group of members to really build a great community. When covid came to the US in the beginning of 2020 I was working at Lifetime Fitness in Kansas City. I had been thinking I made a mistake leaving my hometown where I had built my brand with so much support from my community. Due to a pause in my employment, here was my chance to take a break and think about what I really wanted to do. So I left. Came back to Emporia,  and a little over a year later I opened my gym here in Emporia Kansas !
